KIWOFILLER SWR 22 is our water resistant screen filler for re-toughing and blocking-out stencils used for printing with water-based inks.  It is water-based and can be diluted with water.  KIWOFILLER SWR 22 is VOC free and contains no alcohol nor solvent.
