Effectively removes excess flock from garments that have finished the drying process
Uses a powerful vacuum system and stiff-bristle brushes
Mounted on casters for easy mobility
M&R’s T-SC™ is designed to remove excess flock from garments after they exit the dryer. During the print cycle, M&R’s Floc-Vac eliminates most of the flock not embedded in the adhesive. However, additional fibers inevitably become detached when shirts are removed from the press and put through the dryer. The T-SC combines a powerful vacuum system with stiff-bristle brushes to prevent flock on one shirt from transferring to the shirt stacked above or below it—and to ensure an attractive product appearance.
The affordable T-SC flock-removal system is mounted on casters, making it easy to move around the shop—or out of the way when it’s not in use. It carries a one-year limited warranty. The efficient removal of excess flock is essential for customer-pleasing results, and M&R’s T-SC excels at the task.
