Details

Nylon Bolt Registration
Keeping cost low but accuracy high the BBC Alpha comes standard with Nylon bolt registration. The Alpha’s precision cut steel arms idex between two large nylon bolts yielding consistent and accurate printing. Short runs or long the Alpha is built to get the job done.

Micro Registration
Three adjuster barrels allow you to position your screens in perfect registration after the screen is clamped. Side to side, in and out, and rotational movement is easy and fast. Once located just secure the microlok knobs top prevent the screen from any further movement.

Quick Release Platen
The Alpha comes standard with a quick release platen system. Easily change platen sizes to meet each jobs specifications.
